Together, we see the unseen

A Story of Impact

A few weeks ago, we partnered with Redemption Tempe church during a Serve Day to bring help and hope to 17 caregivers and seniors in need.

One participant, a woman whose husband is in a care facility, needed help with tasks she could no longer manage independently. But what truly lit up her heart wasn’t the completed chores—it was the kindness of the two men who visited her.

They sat with her, listened to her story, shared a cookie and drink, and reminded her that she mattered. She said, “I felt seen and cared for.”

Mother Teresa once said, “Do small things with great love.” And as 1 Corinthians 12 reminds us, we are one body (the body of Christ) with many parts. Together, we are part of a greater whole, each playing a vital role in God’s mission to care for those in need.

The Power of Collaboration

This year, your generosity enabled us to:

  • Partner with churches like Redemption Tempe to provide practical help and meaningful connections for caregivers.
  • Work with a local nonprofit to provide a car to a caregiver struggling with transportation for their loved one’s treatments.
  • Expand our reach by joining forces with organizations sharing our vision of bringing caregivers hope, rest, and resilience.

We know Caregivers' challenges are too vast for one organization to solve alone. That’s why we prioritize collaboration. By uniting with others who believe in our mission, we multiply the impact of every dollar, prayer, and act of service.

As Ecclesiastes 4:9 says, “Two are better than one.”

Caregivers and their families need us; they need YOU!

Here are the 3 best ways you can help us end the year strong and expand our staff and services in 2025:

  • Fund It All: Be the Game-Changer! Help us reach our $100,000 goal with a gift to cover the entire cost of our staff expansion!

  • Fund a Portion: Make a Big Impact! Every dollar counts. No gift is too small or too large.

  • Fund Monthly: Fuel the Mission, Month by Month! Commit to sustaining this work for the long haul with a monthly gift. *Want to increase your monthly gift? Hit reply and let us know.

Thank you for supporting us with your year end donations!

With love, courage, and gratitude,

Susan Wahlers

Merry Christmas! Your generosity helped make our annual Caregiver Christmas Brunch unforgettable. This season can be a challenging season for Caregivers as they care for a sick or dependent loved one and wonder if this will be their last. Our wonderful volunteers ensured that Caregivers who arrived weary and burdened left feeling connected, supported, and seen—knowing they were not alone.
